2001 we have been known as Landmark Construction & Development.
However, we were originally founded as Dawson Builders, Inc. in 1987.
The company has completed numerous projects for the United States Department
of the Navy, Department of the Air Force, and the Army Corps of Engineers.
We have completed numerous projects for the State of North Carolina and
six schools in four counties. We have completed industrial projects,
volunteer fire departments, churches, office buildings, and six veterinary
facilities. We have completed seven projects for Goodwill Industries,
three projects for Sears, and medical projects in Raleigh, Sampson County
and Charlotte.
We have also completed projects for Lucent Technologies,
AT&T, Glaxo, TerraTech Engineers, FedEx, Burroughs-Wellcome, Integrated
Health Services and Raleigh Family Physicians.
